Ordering The Design Of Conference Poster
Read The Following Tips Before Ordering
DESIGN REQUEST
• Before you submit your application, click on the vector download section. You can download images for the poster to design it by yourself.
• Fill in the application form on this page to request your poster design.
• If you have ready-made images of an article and you like to use them as the only arrangement in the poster, please select the “Poster Layout & Arrange By Basic Picture” option in “Select Items” section.
• If you only need to design a creative image in a poster, please select the “Poster Layout & Design A Creative image” option in “Select Items” section.
• If you only need to design a creative chart in a poster, please select the “Poster Layout & Design A Creative Chart” option in “Select Items” section.
• Some customers need an aesthetic fine infographic to design their posters, so you can choose the “Poster Layout & Infographic” option in the “Select Items” section.
• Write the title of the article and general description of the research in the “Your Description” section.
• If you have a particular idea, write them down in the “Your Description” section.
• Most conferences have certain rules for poster design that you can tell us in the “Description” section.
•Molecular structures that you have designed in specific software such as Chemdraw or Isisdraw should be submitted in a single PDF file.
• For full design of the poster, it is necessary to send us the texts that will be presented in the poster in PDF or Word format.
• If the conference considers a certain standard template for the poster, please send it to us through the “Poster Upload” section.
TERMS OF ORDER
• Due to the fact that the articles might not have been published yet, “InMyWork” has a duty to save and keep the articles.
• At the initial order stage, the customer dose not need to pay. When the initial plan is delivered to the customer and the final confirmation is done, the account number of the PayPal will be emailed to the client and after completing the payment process, the file with the highest quality, in its best format will be sent to the customer’s email.
• It is possible for customers to make double edits before payment at the initial stage of the project. After submitting the final design to the customer, any edits will require payment.
• The delivery time for the typical poster is 4 business days and is 8 business days for the poster with infographic design.
• Poster’s design includes any photo or graphic design (depending on customer’s order) and format of the contents of the poster in standard size.
