Q: DOES THE EDITING PROCESS CONSIDER THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST?

It is possible for customers to make double edits before paying for the initial stage of the project. And after submitting the final design to the customer, any edits will require payment.

Q: WHEN SHOULD THE ORDERS BE PAID?

At the initial order stage, the customer does not need to pay. When the initial plan is delivered to the customer and the final confirmation is done, the account number of the bank will be emailed to the client and after completion of the payment process, the file with the highest quality, in its best format will be sent to the customer's email.

Q: IS IT SAFE TO SEND ARTICLES BEFORE PUBLISHING?

Due to the fact that the articles have not been published yet, InMyWork knows how to preserve the information and content of the articles. Even if customers are concerned about sending the entire article, they can send abstract to the designer for better comprehension.
